Hamburger Stew Chili Shawns

Servings

1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Cup Red Lental
3 Small Onion, Chopped
8-10 Mushroom, Chopped
1 Red Bell Peppers, Chopped
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Can Diced Carott
1 Can Fava Beans
1 CaN Whole Tomates, (Squeeze And Add Juice)
1 Handfull Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1 Can Potato, Chopped
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Water
1 1/2 Teaspoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Paprika
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Cook 1 cup red lentel and 2 cup water in instant pot for 5 minutes. Quick release and set mush aside.

In a frying pan:
Brown beef and set aside.
Drain most of the fat fry fresh veggies in pan until water is out of mushroom and onions / bell pepper are slightly soft.
Add tomaoto now squeezing them. Add salt pepper oregano and rosemarry.
Set aside in a bowl.

Add butter to pan let melt and add garlic. Fry until just before it gets brown and bitter. Set aside.

In a sauce pan:
Throw drained can of fava beans in the pan.
Add cooked meat
add cooked veggies
Add chicken stock and water
add the veggies and meat etc etc

Add Whatever is not in here to the sauce pan now. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.

Serve with grated cheese or a dollop of sour cream or really however the hell you want.
